Many of you will cringe when you read this, including myself as I write this. And yes, I know, I know, it’s only October, but, I’m going to give you a heads-up this year. Christmas is coming guys, and like it or not, we must start getting things in order to avoid disappointment as the time draws closer. Get booked in advance to avoid disappointment closer to Christmas. Last year I did everything I could to accommodate the needs of customers at pre-chrismas time. Including working early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Despite this, it wasn’t possible to book everyone in.
Chances are you will be having friends and family over at some point over the Christmas period, if not on the day it’s self. Imagine the horrible smokey burning smells of previously cooked meals filling your house, ruining the effects of your hard work in the kitchen, rather the smells lovely of a Christmas time dinner.
